The Emiliana’s Hope Foundation is a 501c3 non profit, 100% volunteer organization formed in memory and in honor of Emiliana Rose O’Brien. In June 2015, Emiliana was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. Emiliana courageously endured harsh chemotherapy, radiation, and experimental drugs, but the cancer was too aggressive. Emiliana became an angel on December 1, 2015 at only 13 years old.

It is our mission to improve the lives of pediatric cancer patients with HOPE and their families with comfort, while creating awareness of pediatric cancer. Throughout her brave battle, Emiliana always maintained HOPE… HOPE that she would survive, HOPE that the gold ribbon for childhood cancer awareness would be as recognizable as all the other colored ribbons; HOPE that other children and families would receive the help and support needed to continue through their journey.
